MEALS

All meals are served buffet style in the lodge dining room. Vegetarian options, a salad bar, and fresh fruits are available at each meal. No cooking facilities are available. If you have a severe food allergy, please let us know.

Some supplies and equipment will be provided by the institute, but students are asked to bring specific items relevant to their specific discipline.

  • Saturday, June 9, 2018 (1-3PM) — Student Arrival and Check-in
  • Saturday, June 16, 2018 (7PM) — Chorus and Orchestra Concerts
  • Tuesday & Wednesday, June 19 & 20, 2018 — Chamber Music Performances
  • Friday & Saturday, June 22-23, 2018 — ONSTAGE Weekend (Student Performances)
  • June 24, 2018 (11AM) — Check-out and Student Departure

HOUSING

Student housing assignments are designed to encourage interaction between students of different disciplines. The Arts Institute does not take requests for roommates. All housing facilities are air-conditioned. Bed linens and towels are provided.

Female counselors and female students are housed in the lodge rooms that sleep 3-4 students. Male counselors and male students room in cabins, bunkhouses, and duplexes that sleep 6-14.
